- I am an EMPOWERED woman of Forty - a modern day superhero! Empowered by the Holy Spirit who dwells in me as an agent of the Creator of the Universe. I am a disciple of Jesus. I am a wife of 16 years & a mom of 4 amazing kiddos. I love my friends! They make me laugh -- mostly at myself. It is true, I have completed a sprint triathlon and FOUR Half Marathons!! I am currently training for my 1st Marathon. Oh...and I teach cooking classes!
